It all starts with a conversation—in person, over Zoom, Teams, or a phone call—your choice. In this initial meeting, we'll discuss your needs, pain points, future goals, timelines, and budget. If it's a good fit for A-A-Ron Tech, I'll outline potential solutions and timeframes to see if we're aligned.

If we decide to move forward, we'll establish our working relationship with an Hourly Consulting Agreement. I typically operate on an hourly basis, providing flexibility and transparency, though I'm open to alternative arrangements. While I may offer rough estimates, I prefer not to provide fixed-hour commitments due to the variable nature of IT services. The total hours and cost depend on project scope, complexity, and evolving needs throughout our engagement.

To ensure clear communication and progress tracking, we'll have bi-weekly check-ins (or more frequently if needed, depending on the scope of the project). During these meetings, I'll provide progress updates, report hours worked, and discuss next steps—ensuring tangible, trackable results. At the end of each month, you'll receive a detailed invoice. Deliverables can be provided piecemeal or in full, based on what works best for you.

Our agreement is completely flexible—you can terminate it anytime. But I'm confident you'll love the results and keep me in mind for all things IT.
